How do I get support for my project?

A quick discussion with an Aerospace Solutions Program Manager will get you going! The Program Manager will determine the necessary skill-set, estimated hours, and not-to-exceed budget. Once this infirmation is determined, Aerospace Solutions will provide a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the task, deliverables, quality expectation and budget. Once agreement is reached on the SOW, Aerospace Solutions begins work.

How long does it take to ramp-up for my project?

Aerospace Solutions spends a great amount of time maintaining a ready candidate database for the skill-sets we provide. In most cases we can deploy personnel (off-site or on-site) within 5 days. For areas of highly specialized skill-sets, it can take up to 2 weeks to identify the right personnel and to qualify them for deployment.

How does your pricing compare to your competitors?

Aerospace Solutions goes to great lengths to keep indirect costs to a minimum in order to keep our rates low. In several “Preferred Supplier” RFQ events, Aerospace Solutions was ranked #1 in cost (as the lowest). We keep overhead to a minimum, minimize profit and spend our money on qualified candidates.

How do you maintain schedule and budget on a program?

Aerospace Solutions employs Program Managers (in-house) to manage our programs. They utilize the latest in scheduling software and stay in tune with the project engineers to keep apprised of technical completion as it relates to budget spenditure. In addition we provide our clients with a weekly status report that summarizes technical accomplishments, budget expenditure and items of interest.

How do you manage the quality of the deliverables?

The Aerospace Solutions quality assurance system is based on AS9100 and is employed at all levels of our organization. The Aerospace Solutions management team regularly audits programs and the quality processes that are utilized to ensure that process are utilized and that they
are still effective.
